Michelle Liffick
Michelle Liffick transitioned to real estate after practicing law as an attorney for several years in Chicago. Her previous career in litigation translates to keen negotiation skills and a penchant for research. She is experienced in working with short sales, foreclosures and FHA financing—all hot topics for buyers and sellers in today’s real estate market—and consistently exhausts every opportunity to find new, creative real estate solutions and secure successful, happy outcomes for her clients. Michelle takes pride in knowing Chicago’s neighborhoods inside and out. In addition to her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Michelle has a B.A. in English Lit and the occasional byline in local publications.
