December's Biggest Holiday Sale of Them All!
December is a discouraging month for many sellers with homes on the market. Showings slow down as folks shop and prepare for the holidays. Especially with highly motivated sellers, a showing that becomes an offer in December really gets their attention! Often the buyer's agent can negotiate a very attractive "holiday special" low price. So, if you're serious about buying at a "big holiday discount price", get out there, find your dream home, and negotiate your purchase within the next 30 days.
