New HGTV Shows Offer Buying, Selling Tips

HGTV is set to release a new real estate series for 2009. The four new reality-based programs will all premiere on January 1st. Each show takes a different angle on ideas for home selling, home buying and home improvement. The network has cancelled shows like Design on a Dime (which presented ways to spruce up your home on a limited budget). The fresh line-up will hopefully offer relevant content to what's happening in the housing market today and provide good advice to home buyer, sellers and owners.

Desperate To Buy is a docu-drama based around buyers who are trying to find and purchase their dream home a tight timeframe. Income Property demonstrates how homeowners strapped for cash to pay their mortgages fashion "rental suites" out of their basements, garages and spare rooms. The Unsellables goes house to house helping homeowners stage their properties for sale. The Property Shop follows a dynamo broker as she navigates the topsy-turvy real estate market to make deals and grow her business.

Of course, when you're ready for the real thing, contact a Dream Town Agent for assistance with all your real estate needs!
