LEED-certified Chicago Condos Part III
Chicago is already known as a green city -- just look at all the parkland and undeveloped shoreline along Lake Michigan! Energy-saving features, a green roof, low-VOC paint products, low-flow toilets, and eco-friendly bamboo floors are also part of the plan for Lexington Park condos and lofts.
Lexington Park residences offer homebuyers one- and two-bedroom units with up to two parking spaces. Prices are listed between the low-$200,000s and the low-$500,000s. The complex may not be ready for move-in for another couple years, but now is the time to secure your spot in this environmentally-conscious, ultra-modern city homestead.
