Located at the very appropriate street address of
Inside the two condo buildings, residents will find a world of sustainable living elements and natural materials. The flooring will consist of bamboo boards or Brazilian eucalyptus which are more durable than hardwood and come from renewable supplies. Extremely energy-efficient, floor-to-ceiling windows and unit-controlled heating and cooling systems help homeowners save money on utility bills and conserve resources at the same time. All paint used will be low VOC, low toxin products (check out my previous entry for more info) and bathroom tiles will feature natural stone. Portable EcoSmart fireplaces and recycled glass and metal countertops can be added at the owner’s request.
A variety of floorplans will be available with one- and two-bedroom layouts that encompass anywhere from 765 to 1,297 square feet of space. Every unit will have at least one private balcony and prices range from the upper $200,000s to the upper $400,000s. The development’s two buildings will be linked by an enormous, two-story atrium and lobby.
