Already this year we’ve witnessed an increased interest among Realtors who are seeing a shift in what homebuyers are looking for. Suddenly, buyers are factoring in energy efficiency when searching for a property. People want a home that will help them save money on utility bills with high-efficiency windows, water-conserving appliances, well-insulated infrastructure, and heating & cooling systems that uses less energy to run.
