Wendy Jisa Dockter

Wendy loves what she does! She came into Real Estate quite naturally, having grown up with her mom as a broker and owner of the number one real estate company in her hometown of Riverside, IL, a western suburb of Chicago.

Wendy went to St. Ignatius High School in Chicago, and Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, IA, and then on to Northern Illinois University where she earned a Masters in Education. She also had the opportunity to study and teach abroad, in Rome and London. Wendy sees herself as very lucky to have such a blessed life and a great family!

After teaching and coaching at the High School and Junior High levels, Wendy decided she wanted to do something that allowed her to continue teaching and working with people, while at the same time giving her the freedom to be her own boss ... she became a Real Estate broker!

For the past seven years, she has lived in Colorado, where she built a very successful Real Estate career. She was consistently in the top percentage of agents at one of the largest companies in Denver and worked hard to find her clients the best house, always focusing on the best price for her buyers and sellers.

Many of Wendy's clients will tell you that she is patient, a good listener and hard working...and able to make buying and selling fun! She always works for your best interest! This is a big purchase, and ultimately a big investment. Wendy takes this seriously and will lead you to making an educated decision on your home.

Wendy is very excited to be back in Chicago with her friends and family! She lives with her husband, Brent, and their dog, Hogan and cat, Floyd. She brings her love of the outdoors and blends it with her love of the city and all it has to offer! She and Brent love to travel, hear live music, spend time with family and friends and explore the world around them!
