Veronica's passion, insight and dedication for Chicago real estate were nurtured during her initial move to Chicago some 17 years ago. She enrolled in Columbia College to feed her need to fulfill a nonending desire for a continuing creative education. At this exceptional art school, she realized that a strong desire for continued growth and education would be the hallmark of her approach and work ethic. She put herself through school by working the exciting Chicago dining scene at an avant-garde restaurant in Bucktown named "Jane's" in the 90's. Here she focused on hospitality, and her talents for multitasking and wearing several "hats" were exposed as true strengths within the chaotic but satisfying world of the restaurant business.

In an effort to continue to expand and broaden her horizons, Veronica worked for a progressive designer retail and wholesale store in which she developed the skills of understanding raw spaces and how they can be transformed into a client's unique desire and need for "livability." She was exposed to a high level of clientele which encompassed the echelon of Chicago society. Here she learned about indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the city of Chicago. She knew wholeheartedly by now that she loved Chicago and its expanding neighborhoods and that she wanted to be a part of the excitement of developing the city into its full potential.

Her career in real estate thus began as she completed her real estate license and launched herself with an ambitious and young real estate company. Veronica further honed her organizational skills and the ability to develop, locate and/or build spaces for the "client's needs." She understood in detail the needs of her buyers and sellers, the importance of strategic marketing and thorough knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods. As Veronica made her move to Dream Town Realty, she brought her vast knowledge of Chicago and her personal commitment to understand the client and fulfilling each one's unique desire. With this impressive understanding, work ethic and loyal dedication, Veronica will use Dream Town's superior assets and tools to develop intimate relationships with clients, expose them to the ever changing markets and bring a peace of mind built on integrity and dedication.
