Working with Veronica is awesome!! We are proud to say that we were her very first clients. We are now back in business with Veronica and she is just as "on it" as she was 2 years ago. Veronica is exactly what you want in a real estate agent: she's well prepared, she takes you on lots of house visits, she is a shark when the property isn't the real deal and she isn't afraid to run screaming out of a house if necessary. Veronica did a great job listening to my needs and wants. She targeted her search only on properties that interested me and were within my price range. She did not try to push me into something that was beyond what I could afford, but instead tried to find me a condo that offered the most for my money. She was also attentive to my search time line and other concerns. She was always the voice of reason - helping me see past what looked great at different properties on the surface and pushing me to think about things that would be important in the long term, like the condition of the roof, or what would be a good selling point down the road.

We couldn't be happier with Veronica as our real estate agent. As first time home buyers, I don't think we could've found a better agent than Veronica. She knows every neighborhood in this city inside and out and is very knowledgeable of her profession. We know that she went out of her way to educate us in the home buying process, as well as the current market. When we did find a place that we fell in love with, a bank owned property, we knew it was going to be a difficult purchase. That never slowed Veronica. She worked incredibly hard to make the sale happen and if we had chosen anyone else, I don't think we would've wound up with such a great place to call home. Veronica helped my husband and I purchase our condo in the spring of 2009. We were early in our home search and hadn't chosen an agent, when we met Veronica at a condo we were viewing. We knew immediately that, although that home wasn't the place for us, Veronica was definitely our agent. She has an excellent knowledge of Chicago and worked very hard to help us find our home. She listened to what we were looking for, showed us great properties, and gave us very honest opinions about the homes. Once we found our condo, she saw us through the whole process, pulling hard for all of the things we wanted. She truly cares about our family and, though home buying is always a bit stressful, working with her was fun! We would use her again and definitely recommend her. We are thrilled with our condo.

It was a pleasure working with Veronica to find my new home. We had a lot of laughs and a few disappointments (no fault of hers) along the way. Very early in the process she shared with the me the importance of, and the knowledge of, good buildings and good neighborhoods. It took me a while to figure out exactly where I wanted to live, and frankly, I didn't know exactly what I wanted. Her patience and good humor helped me shape the ideas that eventually got me in this great place. What was most impressive about Veronica is the amount of investment she showed me. I am not a high end buyer but I can't recall a time that she didn't call me back right away or be quickly ready to see some more properties. And when a deal fell through because of some shenanigans by the seller, I think she felt worse than I did! But quickly, she was able to locate a better place at a comparable price and a better mortgage rate! I would never hesitate to recommend Veronica to anyone looking for a home and if and when I want or need to sell mine, I'm calling Veronica!

What a delight to house hunt with Veronica Miklusicak! Not only did we find a perfect condo, but we had fun doing it. Veronica is indefatigable and very well informed. She negotiated the rough waters of a short sale, and taught her customers what to look for and what to avoid. She wanted us to buy well, not just "BUY!" She valiantly undertook the study of the new and constantly changing rules for borrowers, and helped us keep the faith when every lender constructed hurdles for us to jump. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in Chicago.
