  My husband and I were very nervous about buying a home for the first time. Terri eased us into the prospect of owning a home by explaining everything simply and showing us homes via email. When we actually started going into homes, Terri was very patient with us. We looked at about 20 homes before we found the one we fell in love with. Each time we viewed a house that was not acceptable; Terri modified her search based on our taste. She listened carefully to what we liked and didn't like and made the appropriate changes in our search.   Terri was very easy to work with and really worked around my schedule. She had a great concept of what I was looking for and worked with my stipulations.
