Syd's travels have taken her many wonderful places around the world, but to her there is no place like home — Chicago. Syd has over fifteen years of experience working with Chicago neighborhoods. She has planned affordable and market rate housing developments, worked on residential and commercial projects to integrate community services and identify sustainable solutions, and worked with real estate investors to identify and implement asset management procedures, staffing analysis and fine tune tenant selection criteria.

Everyone will benefit from Syd's experience and understanding of the local real estate markets. Syd comes from a family of artists and enjoys designing one of a kind jewelry. She has completed one marathon and is training for her second. Whenever Syd gets a free moment she walks the lakefront, travels and tries new recipes to share with family and friends. Syd is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and Blacks in Green, a group that "teaches the benefits of the new green economy..."
