As a child, Paula stacked and stapled her mother's cardboard shoe boxes to build Barbie's first four-story townhouse -- constantly redesigning the floor plan and submitting requests for custom changes. For more than 12 years, Paula provided clients with detailed service, creative solutions and impactful results in the college recruitment, public relations and events marketing industries. She later embraced her passion for clever designs and stylish interiors and transitioned into real estate as a purchaser, new home sales specialist and Realtor. Almost twelve years later, Paula has sold nearly 100 townhomes and become an authority on Chicago's collection of diverse and distinctive neighborhoods. In 2004, her sales topped $27 Million and she received the "Diamond Award" for outstanding sales performance from the Home Builders Association of Chicago -- followed by the "Platinum and Bronze Awards" in the following two years.
Paula is an active participant in buying and selling real estate -- making her a resourceful advocate for nervous first-timers and seasoned repeat offenders. Self proclaimed the Ambassador of Geography and Prime Minister of Dirt, Paula believes that the whole world is on sale for her clients -- and her job is to help them possess the land.
