After finishing his postgraduate work in the History of Art and Architecture from London's renowned Courtauld Institute of Art, Nioclás left Europe to come to Chicago to take up a position as an international research scholar/professor at Loyola University. He instantly fell in love with the city and its wealth of architecture. Combining this with his experience of property transactions in Ireland, the UK and Europe he decided to make real estate his full time career.
Since then he has been using his keen eye, astute listening skills and refined research methods to offer his clients the best possible level of service. He has worked successfully in many areas of the city with a wide spectrum of customers ranging from the first time home buyer to the seasoned single family purchaser and the investor. Nioclás is committed to an outstanding level of customer service which is of the highest quality and dedication.
As well as his MA from the Courtauld Institute, London, Nioclás also holds degrees from the National University of Ireland, St. Patrick's University, Ireland, and the Dominican Studium (Angelicum University, Rome, Italy). When not involved in real estate Nioclás likes to devote his time to charitable enterprises working with hospice care patients and the mentally ill.
