Michael Kaplan comes to Dream Town Realty with over 17 years of successful real estate experience. Michael has worked extensively in corporate real estate during the 1990's where he leased office buildings, and in tenant representation. He worked at Miglin-Beitler for almost 5 years.

Around 8 years ago, Michael shifted his focus towards residential real estate. He quickly adapted to this added challenge and rose to the top within 2 years, earning his the Habitat Company's "Rookie of the Year" award. Since then, The Chicago Association of Realtors has designated Michael a "Top Producer" every year, and has been in the top 10%.

An expert at building relationships and using the latest technology to serve his clients, Michael's production has consistently grown each year. He gives focused, custom service to each member of his growing pool of clients and referrals. What makes Michael different is his business background, and he knows how to put a transaction together no matter how complicated it may be. He loves the challenge.

Michael is a volunteer diver at the Shedd Aquarium. He works in the Caribbean Reef Exhibit feeding and socializing the fish, and performs presentations for spectators. He is also involved in helping the canine units in Iraq and Afghanistan by sending them care packages from his program called "Bruno Packs". Michael is happily married to Cindy, and has 1 child named Garrett, with another one on the way. Michael Kaplan has a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.
