I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you again for everything you did for me during my search for a condo in Chicago last year. ýDuring my search I was livingýin the Detroit area so when I did have time to look it was critical that my time was used well. ý Not only did you zero in quickly on the type of condo I should consider but you encouraged me to look into areas that others had not suggested. ý You know this city so well you were also a wealth of knowledge for me on things I would never have known to ask about. ýý In the end I ended up spending less than I had originallyýhad budgeted, you saved me an immense amount of time and everything you told me about my area is true. ý I love my unit, my neighborhood and I really enjoyed working with you. ý I cannot thank you enough and I would recommend you to anyone.

Having Kim as my agent for the sale of my condo was a truly satisfying experience. She provided me with a thoroughly professional and complete representation. Up front, Kim walked me through the contract and sales process so I was informed and prepared. In a time of slowing sales, Kim did an outstanding job with the number of showings far exceeding my expectations. Even when the resulting buyer's initial offer was very low, Kim did a great job managing me, setting realistic expectations and advising me on a successful negotiating strategy. Kim also did a great job managing the buyer, countering their initial pricing rational with an exceptionally well conceived case for why our pricing was fair. Once a contract was secure, Kim helped make the rest of the sales process worry free. She worked closely with the buyers agent and my attorney marshalling the process through a concern free close. With everything in such good hands, I didn't even attend the closing. I have no doubt I will be using Kim again for my real estate needs.
