Kenneth Monarrez

Kenneth joined Dream Town as a Residential Specialist. His experience in real estate is extensive, previously working as a leasing consultant, property manager, and sales manager for a large builders in Chicago, where he worked exclusively in new construction sales.

Kenneth also has international experience working with land trusts and acquisitions in South America for the ABN AMRO Group. He graduated from Miami University where he completed bachelor's degrees in Political Science, Urban Planning, and Spanish, and a minor in Architecture. Kenneth's extensive knowledge of Chicago and tireless work ethic ensures that every customer has a positive and worthwhile buying experience.
