Julius joined Dream Town as a Residential Specialist. His experience in real estate and background as commissioned officer in the U.S. Army have given him the opportunity to build the self discipline, organizational skills, friendliness and determination for a successful and rewarding career. As a longtime owner of both residential and investment properties, he knows the many rewards (and occasional challenges) involved.

As a full-time agent, Julius is dedicated 24/7 to his clients’ needs. His strong work ethic and commitment to excellence ensures that no detail is missed during his clients’ home buying or selling experience.

Julius is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. In their free time, he and his wife, Kim, enjoy traveling abroad as well as sampling the many local restaurants that have made Chicago famous for great food.
