Jessica Perez

A native Chicagoan, Jessi has lived in Albany Park, the hot UIC/Tri-Taylor neighborhood, and currently resides in Lincolnwood. Her clients get the best of both worlds- a confident, energetic agent who is not just city savvy, but is comfortable navigating the suburbs as well.

Jessi’s background includes being a Children’s Advocate and Prevention Educator for Chicago’s largest rape crisis center. This rewarding work has sharply honed Jessi’s problem solving and mediation skills.  She has a unique ability to listen to, empathize with, and understand exactly what her buyers and sellers need- sometimes even before they realize it themselves!  Jessi has also experienced the working environment in a real estate law office and a marketing company--obvious assets to her career as a Realtor.

Jessi has traveled across North and South America and is an adventure sports enthusiast- her idea of a good time is rappelling off the side of a mountain in a Peruvian jungle (yes, she did).  She is active in the Chicago Film industry as a member of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers (NALIP) and is a dedicated volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
