How do Real Estate Consultants get GRI designation?

Graduate REALTOR Institute was developed for members of the National Association of REALTORS® and is offered through State REALTOR® Associations. To receive GRI designation, consultants must complete 90 hours of classes (minimum). The curriculum spans a variety of subjects relevant to current issues, market localization and other areas of real estate business and law.

Topics of discussion include finance opportunities, risk reduction, contract law, sales strategies, marketing approaches, new technology, procedural updates and professional standards. Certain aspects of study are adjusted to coincide with local city and state terms. This ensures consultants are equipped with the necessary information and knowledge to help you accomplish your real estate goals in Chicago and its suburbs. Courses are instructed by top real estate professionals and provide the expertise real estate consultants need to be competitive in today’s home buying and selling industry.
