Since joining Dream Town in 2004 George has made fast work of building a long list of happy and successful clients. He has guided everyone from first-time home buyers to property investors through the purchase process, and has helped countless owners sell their Chicago real estate for top dollar. George's relaxed and easy-going attitude puts clients at ease, while his innate business sense ensures you'll always get the best deal. And because he has lived in or near Chicago his whole life, George has a widespread understanding of the city that only a native Chicagoan could offer.

Before moving into real estate, George was heavily involved in information technology and customer service. He was a Mac computer expert for 15 years, during which time he became the first webmaster at Valparaiso University and managed the entire Mac system at Indiana University Bloomington. The client service side of those "techie" jobs helped prepare George for his subsequent career as a Realtor. His knack for problem-solving was certainly a benefit in the real estate industry, but it is George's ability to listen that really makes a difference with clients. No matter how many buyers and sellers he's working with, George gives you his personal attention whenever you need. His goal is for each client to have a pleasurable and rewarding experience -- and he doesn't mind going the extra mile to make it happen!

The Chicago housing market is vast, but George is familiar with all types of properties and investment opportunities, including foreclosures (which he recently invested in himself). From Rogers Park to Norwood Park, South Shore to the Gold Coast, George can find you that home, condo, loft or vacant lot you're searching for and as he says, "If you want it to happen, I will do my best to make it happen!"

George graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He loves Chicago and can often be found biking its extensive bike paths and city streets.   • George and Dream town were very helpful as I gave them little time to get me into a new place. Between the places that I could narrow down online and those that George suggested and made appointments for, I was into a place in just over a month! He'll probably kill me for saying this but he was a great help in getting my new hardwood floors installed prior to all of my furniture arriving.

  • When My wife and I decided to search for a new condo, the question wasn't who was going to help us find one, but the way we were going to be treated, and we found in George a kind of warm feeling that we didn't feel with any other agent. He was always there for us, always sharing his honest opinion and always very patient with us, I even remember one time I was very late in one of our appointments (about 1 hr or so) and when I arrived to the place to my surprise he was still there waiting for me, very optimistic and excited to do his work, that's when I thought that George had a lot of dedication to his clients and he really made us feel like we were the only clients he had, he even offered to help us to move into the new place. We appreciate the help and attention that George provided to us and 3 months after we bought our condo, George has called us from time to time just to see how we are doing and has offered his help on anything we need.   • What I liked best about George is that he was very calm and patient. He did not pressure me or rush me in anyway and he was not pushing to make a sale or trying too hard, etc. . .   • My experience with Dream Town was great. I was especially happy to deal with George Synowiec, who was very attentive and professional. He went above and beyond to see that I was content with the service.

    For example, when I was looking for a bigger place we saw this unit that I liked but the price was not within my budget so we tried to work with the homeowner but no such luck. I was sad since it was a beautiful unit with a lake view from every room. After two weeks or so he called me back to let me know that unit was still available and we put an offer and now I got it thanks to George. I have worked with other Realtors in the past but have not received the same service that George provides. He gives you 200% and will not settle until you are happy.
