Being from North Carolina, my daughter and I knew nothing about Chicago. I told Eric I wanted a safe place for my daughter to live and close to public transportation since she wouldn't have a car while attending graduate school in Chicago. He found places exactly what we were wanting and exactly what I asked for in my price range. When we finally decided on the condo, Eric set us up with everything concerning the closing. Without his expertise, there's no telling what we could have gotten ourselves into! If and when we ever decide to sale the condo, Eric also will be our realtor then.
