Eric was born and raised in Chicago's Lakeview area, and his clients benefit from his extensive knowledge of the city and each of its unique neighborhoods. Working with Eric will turn the sometimes agonizing process of finding or selling a home into an overall pleasant, satisfying experience.

Eric is a Residential and Commercial Specialist. In this role, he is dedicated to helping buyers find the ideal properties to meet their needs and assisting sellers in efficiently marketing and selling their homes. Eric is also heavily involved with the foreclosure and short sale market.

  • Being from North Carolina, my daughter and I knew nothing about Chicago. I told Eric I wanted a safe place for my daughter to live and close to public transportation since she wouldn't have a car while attending graduate school in Chicago. He found places exactly what we were wanting and exactly what I asked for in my price range. When we finally decided on the condo, Eric set us up with everything concerning the closing.
