Denise Bryant

Through Denise’s own unfortunate and painful experience with her home purchase and realtor, she decided to pursue a career in real estate to show the “right” way to assist clients. She fully understands that the real estate transaction includes more than bricks and mortar, it’s a life altering experience. “I wanted my realtor to acknowledge the emotions that I was experiencing, while providing me with the facts I needed to make an intelligent choice.” Of course, Denise’s quest for that approach is what led her to “Dream Town – A Different Kind of Real Estate Company”.

Denise has always had a passion for architecture and interior design, which made real estate an ideal match. She is also fortunate enough to rely on more than a decade of experience in corporate and non-profit management, which has helped cultivate both her organizational and communication skills. Her educational background includes the fields of business, psychology and human services management and administration.

As a native Chicagoan, Denise has resided in various Chicago neighborhoods. She is excited to be able to share those experiences with her clients, and counts it as a privilege to be able to embrace their experiences as her own.
