A licensed broker since 1981, Craig has successfully guided thousands of clients and friends through one of life’s most important milestones: buying or selling a home. With a background as a teacher and coach for 36 years, Craig brings a unique approach to real estate—one rooted in education, motivation, and genuine care. To him, every client interaction is an opportunity to inform, empower, and serve.
Craig’s real estate journey began early. Working alongside his father in the late 1970s at the family-owned Fallico Real Estate, he absorbed the business from the ground up. Today, the legacy continues as Craig partners with his son, Nick Fallico, leading Team Fallico, to be Baird & Warner’s top-producing team. Together, they specialize in a broad range of services—residential, investment and multi-family properties, condominiums, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, and commercial/mixed-use real estate.
Over the course of his career, Craig has closed hundreds of millions in sales volume and earned a reputation for unwavering integrity, tireless work ethic, and deeply personal client service. More than just a broker, Craig is a lifelong learner and global citizen. Raised on the Northwest Side of Chicago and a longtime Park Ridge resident, he is also fluent in Spanish. One of his personal goals is to visit every Spanish-speaking country in the world—18 down, 3 to go.
