The decision to buy a house was easy. The process of finding the right one was the hard part and it can seem down right impossible at times but the way Chris managed the whole experience made it very easy and enjoyable. Despite the inevitable dead ends we came across, Chris always had a smile on his face and even after 4 months of searching he still continued to give me hope that I would find the right one. I could always count on Chris to give me his honest opinion with regards to each condo and neighborhood we looked at. Chris was sending me updated properties all day long even after changing my search criteria a few times! I appreciate Chris' quick responses to all of my phone calls and emails . . . and there were PLENTY of them! Chris was extremely dedicated to me and my search and will always be appreciated for that. My fiance and I had a great experience working with Dream Town Realty. Their website was easy to use and it enabled us to view many different property options, schedule appointments, manage our properties list, etc. Through Dream Town's website, we met our Real Estate Agent, Chris Vasilakopoulos.
Chris called me to schedule an appointment. He made a sincere effort to find out what our needs were. We wanted to find something fairly quickly, but we also had some uncertainties of what we wanted. Having worked with Chris for about 6 months and changing our criteria a couple of times, we visited approximately 135 properties. During this process, Chris was very patient and accommodating to our needs. We were able to discuss our concerns freely with him.
As a result, we found a place that is perfect for us. Chris still checks in with us from time to time to see how everything is going. It's been a pleasure working with him and I will recommend him to others in the future.

I had a great experience with Chris when looking for and purchasing my first property. He was very patient with me; walking me through every step of the process and answering all of my questions. I spent a lot of time with him over the 4 months we were out viewing properties and even though this process can be very frustrating I always had fun with him. He had my best interests at heart. I remember sometimes he would point out bad things about a place that I didn't even notice at first glance. The night we went out when I finally found the place I bought I remember I didn't even want to go. I was so tired of looking but Chris talked me into it - he just told me Cathy, I have a good feeling about tonight. He was right - I love my place. The Dreamtown website is fantastic. I was able to find the listings I was interested in by myself--several hours of looking online and telling Chris which ones I wanted to go to saved us both hours of time looking at inappropriate ones because I knew what I wanted and there wasn't a lot of it out there in my price range. I love my condo and it has everything I was looking for. Chris was very patient with me and let me vent when my horrible mortgage broker was causing constant problems even though that wasn't Chris' fault or problem. I appreciate the follow-up after closing too. I'm certainly recommending Chris to friends and clients

Chris V. and everyone he recommended to me were responsive, courteous and above all professional. I had extensive delays and difficulties with my home-buyer's finance company, their attorney, etc. So many that that it looked as if my deal would not close due to their delays. I was devastated. Then, Chris and his dream-team stepped in and closed MY BUYER and then closed me the next day! I owe them much. Without them I would have lost money and would have had to begin the process all over again with selling my home and purchasing my condo. Thanks to their diligence, I am in my dream-condo in my dream location. I owe it all to my dream-team at Dream Town. You were wonderful! I'll never buy or sell property again without you.

I recently purchased my first home with the help of Chris, and I could not have been more pleased with the level of service, commitment, and professionalism that I was provided. I originally resided in Michigan, and while attending my last semester of college, Chris understood my schedule would not allow for me to make frequent trips to the city, and adjusted accordingly. He set aside hours at a time for me, and in only two visits, he showed me over 30 properties that fit my criteria! I was also impressed with his ability to understand what is was I was searching for. He never pressured me into a decision, or led me anywhere that wasn't in my best interest. Beyond the visits, Chris was always very quick to return phone calls and always hunted down the answers to my questions with diligence. Over the couple months that I was searching, we spoke on almost a daily basis, and each time he let me know that my search was a priority to him, not by words, but by the way he handled everything with such a positive energy. I've kept in touch with Chris since the closing, and he remains just as attentive as ever before. He's even helping me find the right people to help me with my remodeling! From start to finish, Chris was as dedicated to helping me find my home as I could have ever hoped. I have been recommending Chris to all of my friends as they move to the city, and would encourage anyone searching for their first home, or their next dream home, to work with him. Thanks Chris!

My Mom said that he has "such a heart of gold". Chris is an absolutely selfless realtor, totally devoted, patient, understanding, funny and enthusiastic. We viewed numerous properties before we found the right one; there were tons of phone calls and email interactions. Chris would simultaneously respond to my emails even at 2:00am in the morning -- such an excellent character!
