A native of Chicago, Cathy enjoyed a highly successful career in the tile and stone industry. She spent more than two decades working closely with many of the cities top builders, architects and RealtorsŪ on designing interior spaces.

Her real-estate passion turned into a career in 2005 when Cathy and her husband, David, began Urban Reconstruction Group, a real estate investment, renovation, and property management company.

A dedicated buyer's agent, Cathy is also a certified (ADPR) Accredited Distressed Property Representative. With a successful track record on working with owners facing a short sale (owing more than the property is worth), Cathy works with the seller to negotiate their lien releases.

Over the years Cathy has built a vast network of professional resources. Her combined expertise in real estate and relationship building give her the tools to be successful in any real estate market. My mission is to provide the very best counsel and service to assist buyers, sellers and investors to make the best real estate decision for whatever their personal financial situations are.

Cathy is President of Green Planet Waste & Recycling Solutions and Founder of the not-for-profit Feed Earth Now Foundation. Both are related to sustainability and addressing environmental problems such as over flowing landfills, green house gas emissions and soil depletion.

Cathy lives in the Old Irving Park neighborhood with her husband of fifteen years and their five year old son Max.
