Bucktown/Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ukrainian Village, Old
Irving Park, Albany Park. In addition, she also does work in Evanston and
the North Shore.

With Cathy's guidance, I experienced none of the horror stories about short sales that you so often hear about today. In fact, the entire process moved much more quickly than I had ever expected for a short sale -- the time from bid closing was under four weeks total!
