Carmen joined the Dream Town team as a Residential Specialist. In this role, she works with clients to both buy and sell properties in many established and emerging Chicago neighborhoods.

Prior to joining Dream Town, Carmen worked as an account manager for 10+ years helping large companies acquire and implement information technology and related solutions. Combining her sales experience, business knowledge and formal training as an artist, she strives to help clients see the true potential of properties.

  When my husband and I began searching for a home in Chicago we started off moving from one buying realtor to the next. It seemed that no one wanted to help. Each one sent us lists of homes that were of no interest to us. When we asked to see the homes on our "favorites list", not one of them would take us to see them.   Sorry to be finally getting back to you. I've been extremely busy over the past few weeks unpacking and settling into the new condo, which I absolutely love!
  
  I wanted to take a moment to drop you a note and say a big thank you for the tremendous amount of help you were through this whole process. This being my first home-buying experience, I was not quite fully aware of what to expect. Not only did you walk me through the whole process every step of the way and offer helpful advice and about what to look for and what to look out for, but you also referred me to some quality individuals when it came to choosing an attorney, inspector, and potential lenders. From picking me up every day to go to condo showings, to offering prudent advice and a sound opinion about each property, you were always there to lend a helping hand when I needed one.
