As a lifelong Chicago and North Shore resident, Brooke's innate understanding of the Chicago real estate market extends through all aspects of her life. For as long as she can remember, real estate has been a major passion and priority. From her earliest memories of being dragged to open houses by her mother, exploring the beautiful homes that line the Chicago lakefront; Brooke developed a deep-rooted love of homes with all their design and architectural potential.

Following her graduate school experience, Brooke's years spent marketing with Jim Beam Brands enabled her to master those critical people skills of negotiating, selling, and business strategizing. The culmination of all this experience led her to a decision that was inevitable; to pursue a full time career in the real estate business. Brooke's extensive background in psychology, sales, and marketing all contribute significantly to her being a well-rounded real estate professional.

Now as a full time real estate professional, Brooke takes from her previous experience and revels in the path she took to get to her current destination with Dream Town Realty. She reminds herself every day how lucky she is to be doing something she loves and enjoys so much.

    We were first-time home buyers and already knew the property we wanted when we came to Brooke. So, in our ignorance, we thought she only needed to shepherd us across the closing line. I'm sure we still don't fully understand how wrong we were, and how much Brooke did behind the scenes for us.     Dear Brooke,
    I am a proud owner of a condo in Lincoln Park! I can't believe we did it! Though I have lived in close to 20 different homes in my life, this is the first that I have initiated and bought by myself.
    Life is so interesting. I mentioned my intentions to a friend in Hilton Head, SC who immediately put me in touch with you. My timing was terrible as I began the process when I was visiting Chicago over Christmas. However, you were not deterred by schedule or wintry weather! You lined up a variety of condos to see on that first trip. The variety and our discussions helped me, and you, to refine my parameters and my search. After that initial trip, you would send me listings over the internet, I would sort them out and then my onsite family would further sort. Several times my son and/or daughter did the actual visits instead of me, thanks to your flexibility.
    By my return the second week of February, you had compiled a list of real possibilities, including one that you and they thought would be the winner. You were right! We closed at the beginning of March.
    I appreciate your tenacity in pursuing the 'right' condo for me. You knew your territory well and were able to guide me into an area that appears to be a good fit. You were well organized and left nothing to chance. You were a tiger when you needed to be, but always good company. I appreciated your presence on the final walk through and in the closing, which was quick and seamless. Your networking resources continue to be of great help to me.

    I connected with Brooke through a strong referral from a colleague who had worked with her to sell a property in Lincoln Park a few years back. I was relocating back to Chicago area after selling my home in Downstate IL. Since the transition from a rural market back to 'downtown' living is drastically different, I was apprehensive on whether I was going to be able to find a property within my budget that met my needs. Brooke was excellent as assessing my needs, evaluating my priorities as a buyer, and showing me a wide range of properties across several downtown neighborhoods within my price range.     Brooke is an incredible realtor that made our home purchase a very smooth and pain free process. From our first meeting, Brooke listened to what we wanted in a new home and set up multiple showings for us to see each time out. The best part of this experience was that Brooke paid attention to what we liked/disliked at each place we saw, then used that information to continue to refine what showings she would set up for us and even recommend places that were exactly what we were looking for each time out. Another valuable part was that we completely trusted her input and we felt like she was putting our interests first and really wanted us to find the perfect home, which we did! Our situation was a bit unique as we were looking to come back to the Midwest after living in California for two years and had one weekend to look at and make an offer on a home.     Due to a job relocation within my company I was faced with the heavy task of having to sell my condo in an unstable housing market and certainly not the best economy.
