As a Chicago local for over 40 years, Wendy offers expert knowledge of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and wide array of suburbs to each of her clients. Wendy holds a Bachelor’s in Economics, MBA in Finance, and an MS in Accounting, utilizing this education to go on to become a Controller and Treasurer for several Chicagoland companies. With her previous career so focused on making financial sense out of complicated transactions, Wendy decided to transition into real estate. She has now been a licensed real estate broker since 2006.
Wendy enjoys partnering with her clients to navigate the market, and takes great pride in helping them achieve their real estate goals. She strives to keep her clients fully informed every step of the way—not only through closing, but well into the future. She believes in treating each client as she would want to be treated, focusing on building a connection in order to best serve their real estate needs.
In her free time, Wendy enjoys exploring the zoos, gardens, and museums across the city and suburbs with her twins—their favorite spots are Brookfield and Lincoln Park Zoo! She and her family are also proud supporters of Misericordia, sponsoring their Artists in All and Family Fest events. Wendy loves to get outside with her family and their yellow lab, Sam, checking out cool new spots in the neighborhood or relaxing with a stroll along the lake.
